Nice to meet you!

I'm a junior designer based in Toronto, Canada. Through strategic thinking and cross-disciplinary skills, I aim to create meaningful work that inspires impact and emotion.

Outside of design, I have a long list of hands-on hobbies that keep me busy. As of late, I've been interested in open-world video games and how research informs world-building and in-game environments!

Currently, I'm the Branding Director for the Design Students Association (DSA) and Head of Creative and Branding for my upcoming graduate exhibit, Radiate.

  • I love visiting art museums and galleries! The most recent exhibit I saw was Ohtani Workshop's Monsters in My Head.

  • In the future, I plan to travel around the world. This photo of me was taken at Vancouver's Wreck Beach.

  • I love eating breakfast foods! I usually eat pancakes but these Belgian waffles were the best I've ever had.

  • I love music and going to concerts! This is a photo of some super cool postcards from Laufey's 2024 Tour.

  • Oh, it's me and my camera! I never go on a trip without my Fujifilm camera, it's the best purchase I've made in a while.

Why did you pursue design?

Ever since I was a kid, I've been playing with art and technology through painting or messing around on photoshop. Opportunities to be involved in the process of creation and overcoming problems through creative solutions is what draws me to design.

What do you value?

Curiosity

Always find ways to improve, change, or grow through asking questions and seeking answers.

Empathy

Taking the time to understand context and community makes a design more effective and resonant.

Accessibility

Good design should not only serve the target audience, but it should be accessible to everyone.
